Can I cancel my order or change the address?

We understand sometimes you can change your mind on an item. You can only cancel your order if you let us know within 24 hours after you place your order. Your order might have been processed and we will not be able to cancel it past 24 hours. If you need to cancel your order please email us at contact@apexlifters.com. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will do our best to update it during our order fulfillment process. If the item has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If the item has been shipped we also cannot cancel it unfortunately.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? *Shipping times are affected severely by Covid-19 and an exact estimate cannot be provided* 

Shipping Time varies depending on location. These are our estimated shipping times. Shipping generally takes about 7-24 days for some countries, but please allow a full 7-24 days for your order to arrive. Shipping time varies per location and might take longer or quicker depending on where you are located. To U.S the average shipping time is 10-12 days.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once. they are on the way!

How do I track my package?

Tracking your package is super simple. Either just copy and paste your tracking code on Google or go to the track order page to track your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fee once the item has been shipped. By purchasing our product, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive at your country.

What is your return policy?

If it is damaged, it breaks, or missing parts, simply send it back to us and we'll happily exchange for a new one or refund you every cent. Simply Contact Us for a returns number and we will inform you on the simple next steps. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!

My tracking says "no information available at the moment" or "tracking does not exist"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information on your tracking number, please Contact Us. If the tracking code says "tracking does not exist", please Contact Us and we will direct you to a tracking page. For some countries, we have to use a special shipping carrier which means special tracking codes as well.
