Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We understand that sometimes you change your mind or situations happen where you can no longer keep the product. 

If you are not satisfied with your product we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all products.

Simply return the product back to us in it's original container and box for a full refund. To initiate a return follow the steps provided in the Returns section below.

We do not allow refunds or returns for products exceeding 30 days from the delivery date.


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns after the 30 days. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our address until we approve of the return.

Items not eligible for returns include:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Please allow 3-5 business days for turnaround once product is returned!

To initiate a return, please contact us first with your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase and we will provide the address for you to ship the product back to. After that, please allow 1-3 business days for turnaround after we receive the product in order to issue you a refund. Your refund will be issued back to your bank account or whichever credit card was used to make the purchase.

*We provide all our products with free shipping. However, we do not cover the return shipping. Buyer must cover the cost for the return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Digital Products

Ensuring our customers are satisfied is important to us. However, Due to the nature of our E-book being a digital product, after download or opening, it is deemed used as a result all purchase made are non-refundable. 

For Damaged / Defective Products / Exchanges

Our products are manufactured under precise care and quality is very important to us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

For items that arrive damaged or broken we will send a replacement free of charge. Simply send us an email at:  contact@apexlifters.com along with an image or video displaying the damaged product or the issue at hand.

Wrong Address

If you happened to enter the incorrect address and the package was returned to us, we will issue you a full refund for the order. Please note that we do not automatically re-ship the orders or contact the customers in those cases. If you would like us to re-ship the order to the updated address, please either place a new order with us or contact us directly at: contact@apexlifters.com and we can assist you directly.


*Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order after 24 hours upon ordering the product. The order is normally shipped out within 1-2 days (24 - 48 hours) and cannot be canceled once sent out.

We accept all cancellations and changes within 24 hours after the order was placed.
